Description
Two-year service contract for trimming and cutting overhanging tree branches and clearing vegetation along the entire perimeter wall at both MO(V) sites in Visakhapatnam. EMD is not required; performance security of 5% of contract value is required for 26 months. Reverse auction is enabled for the lowest-priced 50% of technically qualified bidders.

- Documents required: Experience Criteria, Bidder Turnover, Certificate (Requested in ATC), Certified audited balance sheets for relevant periods or a Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant certificate indicating turnover details, Copies of relevant contracts/orders supporting similar service experience, Site survey acknowledgement certificate, Documentary proof of registered local office address with contact number, Documentary evidence that the bidder is not bankrupt, Certificates attached in the ATC, Escalation matrix document for service support, Bid security declaration on firm letterhead, Non-disclosure declaration certificate, Valid GST certificate, PAN card, GSTIN, cancelled cheque and bank-certified NEFT mandate, Valid Labour Registration Certificate, Valid EPF registration and ESI certificate, Performance guarantee certificate by Bank Guarantee/FDR
