Description
Provision of arboriculture services at DEFI Single Officers Accommodation, Military Station under GE Belgaum, including supply and laying of Mexican grass turf, excavation, filling, leveling, manure application, shrub plantation, watering, and maintenance. Work completion is required within 15 days from commencement, with maintenance for 90 days and a two-year defect liability period.

- Documents required: Experience criteria, Bidder Annual Turnover for last three financial year duly vetted by CA, Copy of PAN card, GSTIN, GSTR-06, Declaration of IP address, Undertaking for non black listing, NEFT & Cancelled Cheque, ATCs duly signed and stamped, Genuineness certificate for uploaded documents, Confirmation for the scope of work, Certificate of non-blacklisting or debarment, Experience in Government/Defence/MES works, Certified audited balance sheets or turnover certificate from a Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant, Copies of relevant contracts/orders supporting similar-service experience, Undertaking that bidder is not under liquidation, court receivership, bankrupt, or similar proceedings, Details of nursery/source for Mexican grass and shrubs, Proof of financial capability such as bank statement/certificate for the last six months or turnover certificate from a Chartered Accountant
