Development of a green area at BLO Visakhapatnam through horticulture and landscape services. The contract period is 4 months and 4 days. The bidder must have 3 years of similar-service experience and a minimum average annual turnover of Rs 65 lakh. EMD is not required; performance security of 5% is required for 8 months.
