- Documents required: Experience Criteria, Bidder Turnover, Certificate (Requested in ATC), Supporting documents to prove eligibility for exemption from experience or turnover criteria, Certified audited balance sheets for relevant periods or a Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant certificate indicating turnover details, Copies of relevant contracts/orders for similar services provided during each financial year, Contract copy with invoices and bidder self-certification, client execution certificate with contract value, or other proof of contract execution, Undertaking that the bidder is not under liquidation, court receivership or similar proceedings and is not bankrupt, Proof of transportation/collection facilities or tie-ups on a pan-India basis, Authorization as an operator by the State Pollution Control Board/designated authority, No Objection Certificate from Municipal Council
