- Documents required: Documentary evidence of at least three years of experience providing cleaning and housekeeping services, including mechanized mops and suspended gondolas for façade cleaning, Certificates of satisfactory performance from at least three Government, Semi-Government or PSU clients, Copies of TDS certificates (Form-16A) for qualifying similar work contracts, Audited balance sheets, income and expenditure statements or profit and loss accounts, trial balances and audit reports for the preceding three years, Income tax returns for the last three years, Attested registration documents for ESIC, EPF, Income Tax, Service Tax and applicable labour laws, Other mandatory registrations or licences applicable to the agency, Full list of employees with name, age, employee code, designation, housekeeping experience, PF and ESI details, Proof of at least 50 captive manpower on payroll, Technical bid checklist and supporting documents, Undertaking accepting all terms and conditions of the Schedule-A/DNIT, Copy of DNIT duly signed and stamped, Affidavit regarding blacklisting or debarring, PAN, GST and TIN details, Notarized affidavit accepting all terms and conditions of DNIT, Scanned proof of online payment of EMD, tender document fee and e-service fee
