Description
EdCIL invites reputed insurance companies to provide a group mediclaim policy for retired employees and their spouses. Coverage is for an initial two-year period, with family-wise sum insured tiers and OPD limits specified in the scope. The successful bidder must provide a security deposit equal to 10% of the total project cost, valid for six months beyond the contract period.

- Documents required: Covering letter on official letterhead duly signed by the authorized person, Company profile, Documentary evidence supporting eligibility criteria, Copies of certificates showing registration with IRDA or authorization under Central Legislation to undertake insurance activities, Details of the insurance company's full-fledged establishment, Details of healthcare centres with which the bidder has arrangements in Delhi/NCR, List of clients demonstrating experience catering to health insurance of 200 families or more under one group health insurance scheme in 2022-23, 2023-24 or 2024-25, Self-attested copies of valid PAN/TAN and GST registration certificates, Copies of audited Annual Reports for FY 2024-25 demonstrating annual health insurance premium business exceeding Rs. 300 crores, Notarized undertaking on non-judicial stamp paper of value Rs. 100 regarding non-blacklisting and pending litigation/enquiry, Declaration/undertaking regarding proceedings under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, Financial bid in the prescribed format, including separately indicated GST
