Description
Provision of accommodation, recreation and dining facilities for 148 ITBP personnel at ISPRL Mangalore for three years. The offered property must provide approximately 13,000 sq. ft. of living area (±10%) and an additional 2,100 sq. ft. for kitchen, dining, recreation and arms and ammunition areas.

- Documents required: GSTIN details, PAN card details, Bank details, Valid MSE certificate, if claiming EMD exemption, Certified details of total carpet/usable area of the building, Address proof of the property, Notarized building completion certificate confirming the property was not constructed earlier than 1991, Affidavit from owner or POA holder confirming the accommodation is free from litigation, Occupancy certificate or building completion certificate issued by Mangalore City Corporation, Panchayat or another Government Department, Sale/conveyance deed, leave and license agreement, lease deed or deed of declaration as proof of ownership, Registered Power of Attorney, if applicable, Notarized supporting documents for technical qualification criteria, Notarized English translation of supporting documents submitted in another language, Undertaking on bidder letterhead that the bidding document has not been altered or modified, Signed and sealed bid document
