Haridwar Mela Authority invites proposals to select a service provider to operate and maintain the core parking sites at Baghro Sookhi River Parking, Motichur Rhow River Parking and Baba Kali Kamli Land Parking during Kumbh Mela 2027. The service period is 01.12.2026 to 30.04.2027 or until the end of the mela period. The bid must be equal to or higher than the base price of Rs. 20,740,000.
