Description
SARTHI invites bids from eligible manpower agencies to provide personnel for its Pune head office and divisional offices across Maharashtra. The initial contract period is three years, extendable by a further two years based on performance. Bids are submitted in a two-envelope technical and financial system; the financial bid is quoted as a percentage service charge on overall monthly billing.
