Description
BHEL invites sealed two-bid offers from eligible organizations to license three premises in Mumbai: two flats at Suchidham Sandhya CHSL, Malad East, and one flat at Park West-1 CHSL, Borivali East. The licensing period is five years, with a 5% escalation in monthly license fee each year. Bidders quote the monthly license fee for each premises; the highest fee is evaluated separately for each premises.
