Description
Provision of skilled fitters, riggers and welders to assist with breakdown and general maintenance, repair, fabrication and related jobs at FACT Cochin Division offsite areas. Work is performed as instructed by the Officer-in-Charge. Contract completion is 6 months from commencement or until the quantity is completed, whichever is earlier.

Assistance for attending break down / general maintenance works like replacement / repair / assembling of pumps, gearboxes, valves, Ammonia hoses, Ammonia / air compressors, Ammonia pipeline, slat / product conveyors etc.The fitters shall perform barge maintenance as required, Priority inspection and general maintenance of the barge even at PD if necessary. Assistance for alignment work of all equipments and replacement of couplings / bolts of pumps, and slat / product conveyors etc. with required tools. — Qty: 560 NO
- Supply of skilled Riggers for the maintenance Jobs in Offsite Area (Bagging plant,Ammonia handelling area, PAT area, Ammonia jetty area,Ammonia barges, Bulk godown).. Work involves: Service of skilled riggers with industrial rigging experience of atleast 10 years shall be provided to do the maintenance / repair jobs at Off site area, as per the instruction of Officer In - Charge. Assistance for attending break down / general maintenance works like replacement / repair / assembling of pumps, gearboxes, valves, Ammonia hoses, Ammonia / air compressors, Ammonia pipeline, slat / product conveyors etc.The fitters shall perform barge maintenance as required, Priority inspection and general maintenance of the barge even at PD if necessary.
