- Documents required: Valid Class A Electrical Contractor license issued by Uttarakhand State Authority, Experience certificate or work order for taking MRI of consumers, Audited balance sheets for the three best of five financial years from 2021-22 to 2025-26, Documentary evidence of valid registration with the labour department, income tax, EPF, ESI/GST and other related agencies/departments, Proof of active GST registration, Notarized undertaking on Rs 100 non-judicial stamp paper that the bidder has not been blacklisted or debarred, Offer validity undertaking for 180 days on Rs 100 stamp paper with Rs 1 revenue stamp, Earnest money in the form of BG/DD/FDR/CDR, with hard copy submitted, Complete description of each part of the plant offered, including design, country of origin, materials of construction and method of operation, Complete set of drawings, Completed technical schedules, Time schedules for completion, Tender Technical Bid and Contract Schedules completed except for prices, Supporting information and brochures, Organizational chart showing division of responsibilities, Curriculum Vitae of senior personnel proposed for major sections of the work, Names and addresses of proposed sureties for Performance Security
