Description
BECIL invites an Expression of Interest to select an implementation agency to collaborate in preparing and participating in the Bihar Education Project Council tender for supply of pre-primary educational kits to selected government schools/AWCs in Bihar under a rate contract. The selected agency may receive a back-to-back work order if BECIL is awarded the client contract.

No. 6/18/2019-PPD dated 23-07-2020, Documents in the prescribed EOI annexure formats, Pre-Contract Integrity Pact, Technical criteria supporting documents, including experience certificates and purchase orders, Declaration accepting the EOI terms and conditions, Undertaking for compliance with signing of Non-disclosure Agreement, MSME Undertaking and Bid Security Declaration when claiming EMD exemption, with relevant registration certificates, Undertaking regarding absence of Conflict of Interest
