Description
Hiring and deployment of one 100 MT and one 250 MT tyre-mounted crane, with operators, helpers, mechanics, lifting tools, maintenance, fuel and related resources, for erection of 43.60 MT equipment at HPCL Mumbai Refinery. Bids are submitted as sealed hard copies in a two-part system.

- Documents required: Work order, LOI or LOA evidencing provision of high tyre-mounted cranes of capacity 200 MT or above on hire basis in India during the last 2 years, with a value of at least ₹5.00 Lakhs, Audited annual reports (balance sheet and profit and loss account) for financial years 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25, PAN copy, Latest filed monthly/quarterly GSTR-3B return and GST Registration Certificate, Ownership proof or lease document for possession of a 100 MT tyre-mounted crane, along with SLI, Technical leaflet and load chart of the crane, Constitution and legal status documents, including applicable deeds/articles and memorandum of association, DGS&D/MSME/Udyam/SSI/NSIC certificate copy, if registered, Bidder Information Sheet, Complete NIT documents duly signed and stamped
