Description
Ajmer Municipal Corporation invites bids for cleaning 223 beats on main roads under Zone No. 1. The job-based work includes daily road and ward cleaning, drain cleaning, waste collection and disposal, and related sanitation duties. The contract period is 12 months from the work order.

- Documents required: Online payment receipt for tender fee and RISL processing fee, Online payment receipt for bid security, Copy of ration card, voter identity card, Aadhaar card, or similar document for permanent address verification, Tender document signed on every page, Copy of PAN card, Income tax returns for the last three years, Signed Annexures A, B, C and D, Chartered Accountant certificate with UDIN confirming average turnover for the last two financial years, Experience certificates issued by a Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner or Executive Officer for qualifying cleaning work, EPF and ESI registration certificates, EPF and ESI challan copies for 50% of the beats in the zone, from the experience certificate period, Self-declaration, in original and certified, that the contractor has no blood relation with any Corporation officer, councillor or employee, Labour department registration under the Labour Act, Non-judicial stamp contract agreement within seven days of approval
