- Documents required: Experience Criteria, Past Performance, Bidder Turnover, Certificate (Requested in ATC), OEM Authorization Certificate, OEM Annual Turnover, Supporting documents to prove eligibility for exemption from Experience / Turnover Criteria, if exemption is sought, Relevant contracts and delivery acceptance certificates such as CRAC, Certified audited balance sheets or a Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant certificate indicating OEM turnover, OEM certificate stating percentage of local content and locations of local value addition, Valid Udyam Certificate and supporting documents for MSE purchase preference, Tender-specific or valid/current OEM authorization for authorized dealers, Necessary certifications, licenses and test reports
