PSPCL invites offers for allocation and utilization of up to 195 lakh MT of pond ash from the GNDTP ash dyke, Bathinda, for the period 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027. The firm must arrange loading and transportation in its own vehicles. Offers are submitted through e-tendering followed by forward auction; the reserve price is Rs. 1 per MT.
