- Documents required: Experience Criteria evidence: relevant contracts and delivery acceptance certificates such as CRAC, Past performance evidence: relevant contracts proving supply of 50% of bid quantity in a financial year, OEM Authorization Certificate, OEM annual turnover evidence: certified audited balance sheets or a Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant certificate, Compliance of BOQ specification and supporting documents, Bidder turnover evidence: certified audited balance sheets or a Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant certificate, Bidder undertaking that it is not under liquidation, court receivership, bankruptcy or similar proceedings, PAN Card, GSTIN, Cancelled Cheque, Bank-certified EFT Mandate, Non Disclosure Declaration Certificate on bidder letterhead, ISO 9001 certification of bidder or OEM, Material Test Certificate to be sent with supply, Relevant certificates such as BIS licence, type test certificate and approval certificates as prescribed in the product specification, Past project experience proof and satisfactory performance certificates, Udyam Certificate and supporting evidence for MSE purchase preference, if claimed
