- Cleaning of Drains without siltation or sludge deposition: Open Surface drain above 250 mm width. (i) Maintenance work as desired by EIC has to be strictly followed on priority basis by the contractor. (ii) Cleaning of Drains twice ( 02 times) in a month with in working days for a period of 02 Years. (iii) Collected garbage is to be disposed by tractor as and when required. - Upkeeping of concrete pavement/ Black topped roads excluding coal transport road by brooming and disposal of collected debris/ waste at collection pit/ dustbins or at specified locations within a lead of 50 metres including all tools & plants like spade, basket, brooms with handle stick complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (i) Blacktopped roads to be cleaned on daily basis as desired by EIC has to be strictly followed on priority basis by the contractor. (ii) The Sweeping and Cleaning materials etc required for this work will have to be supplied by the contractor. The cost of required materials is included in the cost for the item. (iii) In the analysis the unskilled labour has been taken as 02 no. per day. — Qty: 1969882.2 100 Sqm per day
- Up keeping of inside office/ service / welfare buildings including: a) Cleaning of floors by brooming and mopping, walls ceiling, partitions, chairs, tables, almirahs, staircases, verandahs, balconies, window glass panes, small drain adjoining plinth protection etc. once in a day in the office building daily in all working days. (b) Cleaning of bathroom / toilets once in a day with water, detergent, phenyl etc. daily in working days inclusive of Cost of detergents and other toiletaries as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (i) In the analysis the unskilled labour has been taken as 05 nos. per day — Qty: 1097135.82 100 Sqm
- Cleaning and brooming of floor areas like chequered tiles, paver block, IPS floors, including applying water, detergents etc adequately all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (i) Pavor block surface / Concrete road to be cleaned on daily basis as desired by EIC has to be strictly followed on priority basis by the contractor. The Sweeping and Cleaning materials etc required for this work will have to be supplied by the contractor. The cost of required materials is included in the cost for the item. In the analysis the unskilled labour has been taken as 01 no. per day. — Qty: 652402.7 100 Sqm
- Carriage of garbage or earth mixed other wastes by tractor trolley including manual loading and unloading and disposing at garbage dumps or at any other specified location as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (i) Loading and unloading time = 1 hr. (ii) LEAD= 5 KM (iii) In the analysis the no.of tractor trip per month has been taken as 01 ( 03.00 Cum). — Qty: 72 Cum
- Removal of chokage / blockage of manholes by removing silt, sludge and other foreign materials and disposal of the same to the nearest dustbins etc. Complete as per the direction of engineer-In- Charge. (i) Removal of chokage / blockage of manholes at the backside of Security barrack and surrounding of Office building. (ii) Cleaning of manholes as desired by EIC has to be strictly followed on priority . (iii) The materials etc required for this work will have to be supplied by the contractor. The cost of required materials is included in the cost for the item. — Qty: 108 Each
- Removal of chokage / blockage of sewer lines by removing silt, sludge and other foreign materials and disposal of the same to the nearest dustbins etc. Complete as per the direction of engineer-In-Charge. (i) Removal of chokage / blockage of sewer lines connecting to the manholes at MCL guest house, at the backside of Security barrack and surrounding of Office building. (ii) Cleaning of manholes as desired by EIC has to be strictly followed on priority . (iii) The materials etc required for this work will have to be supplied by the contractor.
