Procurement of 120 uncemented total hip replacement prosthesis sets for Army Hospital R&R, Delhi Cantt. Delivery is required within 30 days. EMD is not required; ePBG of 3% for 18 months is required. Bidder and OEM turnover requirements, past performance, MII and MSE preferences, and reverse auction conditions apply.
