- Documents required: Schedule of Guaranteed Performance and Other Technical Particulars (Annexure-A), Evidence of own petroleum refinery including HSD or marketing rights for HSD granted by the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Valid license for manufacturing High-Speed Diesel Oil, or government oil corporation self-declaration, Schedule of Departures from Technical Specifications (Annexure-D), if applicable, Schedule of Performance (Annexure-E), Copies of purchase orders and performance certificates from State Transport Undertaking, City Transport, Government or Semi-Government organizations, Manufacturer credentials (Annexure-F), where applicable, Production capacity details (Annexure-G), Technical competence and capacity details (Annexure-H), Equipment and quality control details (Annexure-I), List of terminals and self-declaration regarding transport logistics network, Self-declaration regarding door delivery and provision and maintenance of tanker compartment-lock keys
