Description
Transportation of pilgrims’ baggage between Madinah and Makkah during Haj 1448 H / 2027 G under two independent routes: Madinah to Makkah in the pre-Haj period and Makkah to Madinah in the post-Haj period. Estimated coverage is 60,000 pilgrims for Route 1 and 62,000 for Route 2. The service requires approximately 80–90 GPS-enabled vehicles per route, with real-time tracking and route-wise operational plans.

- Certifications: Valid license and commercial registration from the relevant Saudi authority, Valid Transport General Authority (TGA) license
- Documents required: Company profile and documentary evidence of experience in baggage transportation or comparable logistics operations for a Haj Mission, airline or other large passenger movement during previous Haj seasons/years, Route-wise deployment plan, Copy of valid company license and commercial registration, Copy of valid license issued by Transport General Authority (TGA), Ministry of Transport, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Route-wise fleet declaration supported by ownership documents or valid leasing arrangements, Bid Security Declaration on company letterhead, signed, stamped and attested by Chamber of Commerce, Detailed route-wise operational plan covering vehicle deployment, building-wise pickup and delivery, baggage segregation, supervision, contingency arrangements, warehouse use and GPS tracking, Undertakings required under paragraph 8.3, Copy of Company’s VAT Registration, Copy of Company’s Bank IBAN letter, Proof of owning or renting a warehouse in both Makkah and Madinah, Acceptance of Terms & Conditions of Tender (Annexure-II), signed and stamped on company letterhead, Financial bid on company letterhead, duly signed and stamped by an authorized representative
