Description
Procurement of 9 OEM Xerox toner cartridges under PAC: 3 each of cyan, magenta and yellow cartridges for Xerox VersaLink C7020/25/30 printers. Delivery is required within 30 days to DMSRDE, Kanpur. EMD is not required; successful bidder must furnish 5% ePBG for 3 months.

- Documents required: Experience and Turnover exemption supporting documents, if applicable, OEM Authorization Certificate, Additional Doc 1 (Requested in ATC), Compliance of BoQ specification and supporting document, OEM authorization directly from OEM for resellers, OEM certificate if OEM is directly participating, Technical specification/BOQ compliance on bidder's letterhead, supported by technical brochure or literature, Land Border Sharing Clause registration certificate, if applicable, Local content certificate and authorized signatory undertaking, Relevant certificates including BIS licence, type test certificate and approval certificates, as prescribed
