Supply of 86 OEM toner cartridges for printers, in multiple schedules, to Army locations in Delhi. Delivery is required within 15 days. Group-wise evaluation applies, with reverse auction and Make in India and MSE purchase preferences.

- Documents required: Experience Criteria, Past Performance, Bidder Turnover, Certificate (Requested in ATC), OEM Authorization Certificate, OEM Annual Turnover, Additional Doc 1, Undertaking that the bidder is not under liquidation, court receivership or similar proceedings and is not bankrupt, OEM/Original Service Provider Authorization Form/Certificate, where applicable, Relevant contracts and delivery acceptance certificates (CRAC) supporting experience and past performance, Certified audited balance sheets or Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant certificate supporting OEM turnover, OEM certificate stating local content percentage and locations of local value addition, for MII preference, Supporting documents for exemption from experience/turnover criteria, if applicable
