Supply of 62 OEM toner cartridges and a drum cartridge for HP and Toshiba printers, delivered to North Delhi. Delivery is required within 89 or 90 days depending on the schedule line. EMD is not required; performance security of 3% is required for 5 months. Reverse auction is enabled for the lowest-priced 50% of technically qualified bidders.
