Supply of 32 original OEM toner cartridges for HP Color LaserJet Pro printers, delivered to HEMRL, Pune. The bid covers four cartridge colors, with 8 units of each. Post-dispatch inspection is required.

- Documents required: Experience and turnover exemption supporting documents, if exemption is claimed, OEM Authorization Certificate, Additional Doc 1 (Requested in ATC), Compliance of BoQ specification and supporting document, Undertaking that the bidder is not under liquidation, court receivership or similar proceedings and is not bankrupt, PAN Card, GSTIN, Cancelled Cheque, EFT Mandate duly certified by Bank, Consortium undertaking, if applicable, Relevant contracts supporting supply of same or similar products during each of the preceding three years, Manufacturer Authorization Form / Certificate, where applicable, ISO 9001 certification, Material Test Certificate, Relevant BIS licence, type test, approval and other product specification certificates, Documentary proof of status as original manufacturer, trading partner, authorised dealer or agent of laser jet toner cartridges, Signed and sealed acceptance of all pages of the technical specification and vendor qualification criteria, Bid-specific OEM authorization certificate / MAF, where bidder is a reseller, distributor or channel partner, Relevant certificates specified in the uploaded technical specification, Proof of past experience, such as contract and invoices, client execution certificate, or other execution evidence
