Description
Supply of 2,240 metric tonnes of toluene, pure nitration grade, as per IS 537, for High Explosives Factory, Khadki, Pune. Delivery period is 300 days, with a delivery schedule of 200–250 MT per month or as per HEF requirement. The tender includes a 60:40 quantity split, reverse auction, MII and MSE purchase preferences, and a price variation clause.
