Description
Empanelment of central mess (refectory) operators at Savitribai Phule Pune University for a three-year contract. Up to three qualified operators will be panelled based on technical evaluation; the highest-ranked eligible operator may be offered the opportunity to operate the mess. The selected operator must provide food and mess services, staff, equipment and required licences, and comply with food-safety, hygiene and labour requirements.

- Documents required: Valid GSTIN registration certificate, PAN card, Income tax returns for financial years 2022-2023, 2023-2024 and 2024-2025, Chartered accountant certificate supporting average annual turnover of at least Rs. 20 lakh, with UDIN and FRN, Evidence of at least three years' experience operating a mess, canteen, restaurant, cafe, catering or similar business, Experience certificate or self-declaration stating business type, location and period of operation, Food licences covering the period of claimed experience, Valid State Level FSSAI food licence, Valid Shops and Establishments registration certificate or licence, as applicable, Declaration confirming the truth and validity of submitted documents, certificates, licences and experience information, Affidavit disclosing relevant pending serious criminal, financial fraud, corruption or food-business legal cases, Partnership deed and authorized representative documents, if a partnership firm, Registration and authorized representative documents for a company, LLP or other legal entity, as applicable, Valid Digital Signature Certificate
