Description
Mira Bhaindar Municipal Corporation invites bids to operate a pay-and-park service at Mira Road Station Reserve Plot No. 184 and the parallel road near the railway station, substation and skywalk landing. The contract period is 3 years. The successful bidder pays the offered annual license fee to the Corporation in monthly installments and must provide a bank guarantee equal to 25% of the annual amount payable. The highest offer is accepted.
