Empanelment of an experienced mess operator to run the mess at Hostel No. 8, Savitribai Phule Pune University, for a three-year contract. - Documents required: Valid GSTIN registration certificate, PAN card, Income tax returns for financial years 2022-2023, 2023-2024, and 2024-2025, Chartered accountant certificate supporting average annual turnover of at least Rs. 20 lakh, with UDIN and FRN, Proof of at least three years' experience operating a canteen, mess, restaurant, cafe, catering business, or similar establishment, Food licenses covering the stated experience period, Valid shop and establishment registration certificate or license, as applicable, Valid State Level FSSAI food license, Affidavit confirming the truth and validity of submitted documents, certificates, licenses, and experience information, Partnership deed and authorization documents, if applicable, Registration and authorized representation documents for a company, LLP, or other entity, if applicable, Disclosure of pending serious criminal, financial fraud, corruption, or food-business-related legal cases, Technical bid eligibility, experience, license, registration, and declaration documents
