Description
Turnkey supply, installation, integration, commissioning, training and successful operation of laboratory instruments for upgrading the Ballistics and Chemistry divisions of the Directorate of Forensic Services Punjab. The scope also includes laboratory civil works, electrical works and allied infrastructure. Bidders must quote collectively for all items; evaluation is based on the total cumulative price.

- Documents required: Non-blacklisting certificate on non-judicial stamp paper, duly attested or self-attested, EMD payment acknowledgment slip or proof, Purchase orders and installation reports for at least one qualifying capital laboratory equipment item supplied to a Central or State Government organization during FY 2023-24, 2024-25 or 2025-26, Purchase orders and installation reports demonstrating at least one single qualifying purchase order of INR 12 crore and cumulative qualifying purchase orders of INR 24 crore during the last three financial years, GST return, certificate of incorporation or income tax return as proof of firm existence, CA certificate demonstrating turnover of INR 12 crore or more in any one of FY 2023-24, 2024-25 or 2025-26, Audited balance sheets and income tax returns for FY 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26, Manufacturers Authorization Form (MAF) with applicable OEM or authorized distributor/channel partner authorization and warranty and after-sales service undertaking, Product data sheets for products offered, Technical bid documents and financial bid/BOQ submitted in separate covers
