Description
FACT invites competitive offers for long-term bulk supply of 150,000 MT of sulphuric acid, with a possible increase up to 200,000 MT by mutual consent. Deliveries are staggered over one year, tentatively one shipment per month, to Cochin Port. The contract may be split among suppliers subject to matching the L1 rate.

- Certifications: Valid P&I and Classification certificates for vessels calling at Cochin Port, covered by International Group of P&I Clubs and classified with International Association of Classification Societies, or applicable Ministry of Shipping relaxation
- Documents required: Declaration of facilities to produce at least 50,000 MT sulphuric acid per annum (manufacturer bidders), Documentary evidence of production facilities, such as catalogue (manufacturer bidders), Proof of supply on CFR basis, including bill of lading and other applicable documents, Manufacturer's authorized-signatory certificate confirming trader backup for quality and quantity (trader bidders), Certificate of compliance with restrictions on procurement from bidders of countries sharing a land border with India, Valid registration certificate from the Competent Authority, where applicable for bidders from countries sharing a land border with India
