Renovation of the existing store office, including flooring, painting, air-conditioning, furniture, blinds, lighting, electrical modifications, PVC false ceiling, UPVC staircase enclosure, storage cabinets, floor repairs and chequered staircase riser plates. Work must be completed within 75 days from intimation or commencement of the work order.
