Description
Punjab & Sind Bank invites bids from eligible service providers for catering services for approximately 40–100 trainees at its Staff Training College in Rohini, Delhi. The contract is for one year and may be extended for two additional one-year terms subject to satisfactory performance. Bids are evaluated through eligibility review, site visit and food quality assessment, with award to the L-1 bidder.

- Documents required: Service Provider’s Profile (Annexure C), Signed and stamped tender document, including pre-bid minutes and corrigenda, EMD receipt or valid EMD exemption documents, Work orders and satisfactory performance certificates for the last five years, minimum five certificates with one for each year and one from the current financial year, Audited Profit and Loss Accounts and Balance Sheets for 31.03.2024 and 31.03.2025, and audited or unaudited accounts as on 31.03.2026 certified by a CA with UDIN where applicable, CA-certified annual turnover from catering business for the last three years, Letter of Authorization to Bid (Annexure D), Power of Attorney, if any, Organizational setup and details of skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled workers (Annexure G), Details of EMD or EMD exemption (Annexure I), Declaration of non-involvement in illegal activities (Annexure J), Compliance statement (Annexure K), Certification regarding local content (Annexure L), Declaration (Annexure M), Undertaking (Annexure N), Pre-Contract Integrity Pact on Rs. 100 stamp paper (Annexure Q), Details of pending litigation or arbitration proceedings, if any, Latest Income Tax Return and last assessment order, Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum and Articles of Association, or registered partnership deed, as applicable, Shop and Establishment license, if applicable, GST registration and latest GST returns or receipts/challans, PAN Card, PF Registration and ESI Registration, Self-declaration regarding non-blacklisting and non-disqualification (Annexure F), Address proof of the firm’s office in Delhi/NCR, Valid catering business licenses and registrations, including FSSAI and applicable labour-law licenses, Site Visit Certificate, Latest solvency certificate for more than Rs. 70 lakhs, Self-declaration of compliance with applicable laws (Annexure H), Financial Bid as per Annexure Z
