Description
HIL (India) Limited invites bids for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of an industrial Thermal Transfer Overprinter with vacuum conveyor, controller/software and QR-code printing and verification capability at its Rasayani Unit, Maharashtra. The scope includes integration, operator training, demonstration, and one year of warranty and AMC support. The bidder must complete the work within 90 days of the LOI or purchase order.

- Documents required: Proof of minimum average annual turnover for FY 2022–23, 2023–24, and 2024–25, Proof that the bidder is a company registered in India and has been in continuous operation for at least 5 years, Evidence of successful installation of online QR-code printing systems for at least three reputed companies during the last financial year, Manufacturer’s Authorization Form (MAF) issued by the OEM specifically for this tender, if the bidder is an authorized partner, Signed and stamped self-declaration confirming technical compatibility and support for third-party QR-code software integration, Company-letterhead declaration confirming the bidder has not been blacklisted by any government authority, EMD payment proof or valid MSE/NSIC/DPIIT startup registration certificate for EMD exemption, Duly signed Integrity Pact (Annexure-D), Signed and numbered tender documents, Financial offer in the specified online format (Annexure A)
