Description
Union Bank of India invites offers from property owners to lease suitable commercial premises or a plot with a commitment to construct premises for its Renigunta Branch. Required carpet area is 1400 sq. ft. ±10%, preferably on the ground floor, with adequate parking and specified bank facilities. Minimum lease period is 10 years (5+5). Technical and price bids are submitted separately; the lowest rate per square foot among technically suitable offers is considered.
