Description

National Book Trust, India invites bids for fabrication of stalls and bare spaces using the Octonorm system, installation of electrical fittings, and hiring of furniture and related event infrastructure in Halls 1 to 6 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, for the New Delhi World Book Fair 2027, held 16–24 January. The estimated tender value is Rs. 1.25 crore including GST. The work is on a hire basis.

Bare Space of size 3m x 3m: No stalls will be constructed by the Contractor in the Bare space. However, each bare space of 3m X 3m shall be provided with a power supply capacity of 300 watts (wiring of 10 mm), Multi Plug Power Point with 3-4 Sockets with ON/OFF Switches (15-25 Amp) for connecting computers & other Accessories and laying and fixing of new Brand laminated printed ribbed carpet (***) to be provided in the entire Hall, which includes inside passages area, Foyer Area and other connecting outside passages of each Hall (Hall No.1 to 6) inclusive of maintenance during the entire period of the fair. The dimensions of each bare space shall be clearly marked/outlined, and the name and stall number of the respective exhibitor shall be prominently displayed through suitable stickers on the carpet for clear and easy identification.
