- Documents required: Company registration documents or Shop Act/establishment registration certificate, Copies of contracts, work orders and experience certificates certified by the relevant government or semi-government agency, PAN card, GSTIN certificate, ISO 9001:2015 certificate, Professional tax certificate and challan, Shop Act licence, EPFO certificate, ESIC certificate, Valid labour licence certificate for at least 300 employees under the agency contract, List and ownership documents for machinery and vehicles, Contractor registration certificate, Income tax returns for the previous three years, Audited balance sheets for the previous five financial years, CA certificate confirming average annual turnover of at least Rs. 10 crore, Work completion certificates for solid waste management work at at least five municipal councils or two municipal corporations, Work completion certificate for operating a mechanical composting plant of at least 100 MT per day capacity for at least two years, Affidavit on Rs. 500 stamp paper confirming no municipal councillor has an interest or partnership in the bidder, Appendix 1 on Rs. 500 stamp paper, Appendix A on Rs. 100 stamp paper, Appendix B on bidder letterhead, Certificate of net worth for the previous five financial years, Certificate of liquidity assets and/or credit availability of at least Rs. 3 crore, Nationalised bank solvency certificate of at least Rs. 10 crore, not older than six months, Proof of at least three years' experience in classified solid waste collection and transportation of at least 50 tonnes per day within the previous ten years, Proof of at least three years' experience in road sweeping, drain cleaning and nala cleaning within the previous ten years, Proof of experience in nala cleaning in at least two projects within the previous ten years, Hard copies of all bid documents submitted to the office within 24 hours after the bid submission deadline
