- Documents required: ISO certificate or certificate from a Government/Government authorized agency showing the bidder is a manufacturer of similar category items, Bid-specific authorization from the indigenous manufacturer (for dealers), along with the manufacturer's ISO certificate or certificate from a Government/Government authorized agency, Copies of purchase orders and invoices supporting successful supply of minimum 01 (one) Magnetic Limit Switch to an eligible organization during the last seven years, Performance certificate from the purchaser or self-attested declaration that supplied items have no adverse report and the purchase order was a regular order, not a trial order, Documents establishing the eligible end user where supply was completed indirectly, Audited annual balance sheets for any consecutive three of the last four years, Self-attested photocopies of documents supporting eligibility and experience, Affidavit in the enclosed format (Annexure-A) declaring submitted documents are genuine, Data sheet of the product offered, OEM Authorization Certificate, Guarantee Certificate, Supporting documents for exemption from experience or turnover criteria, if exemption is sought
