- Documents required: Experience criteria supporting documents, Past performance contracts and CRAC, Bidder turnover evidence: certified audited balance sheets or Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant certificate, Certificate requested in ATC, OEM Authorization Certificate, OEM annual turnover evidence, Additional Doc 1 requested in ATC, Compliance of BoQ specification and supporting document from seller, Bidder undertaking confirming it is not under liquidation, court receivership or bankruptcy, PAN Card, GSTIN, Cancelled Cheque, Bank-certified EFT Mandate, Product data sheet, Non Disclosure Declaration Certificate on bidder letterhead, ISO 9001 certificate, Relevant BIS licence, type test, approval and other product certificates, Satisfactory performance certificates for qualifying past project orders, OEM local content certificate and value-addition location details, Valid Udyam Certificate and supporting MSE eligibility documents, if claiming preference, Genuine items certificate, Certificate that no incident report was raised against the firm in the last one year, Minimum three GeM contract orders and CRAC for bid items with defence establishment in the past three years, OEM MSME/NSIC/ISO certificates, where applicable, Warranty certificate, Last three years' income tax filed certificate, NABL lab test report not more than three months old and laboratory certificate, HD photographs of bid items, Scanned EMD/ePBG and supporting documents, Signed and stamped bid document pages
