HPGCL invites online two-part tenders from manufacturers and authorized dealers/suppliers for supply of sulphuric acid for RGTPP, PTPS and DCRTPP. The material must meet IS:266-1993 (latest amendment), with minimum purity of 98.0%.

- Documents required: Documentary evidence that the bidder is a manufacturer/supplier of sulphuric acid as per IS:266-1993 (Technical Grade), with latest amendments., Purchase orders and supporting evidence demonstrating successful execution of same or similar supply orders during the last 7 years ending August 2026, meeting the stated order-value criteria., Certification of own testing facilities or evidence that testing is carried out at a Government-approved test laboratory., Non-blacklisting certificate., Audited financial statements or certificate of financial statements from a practicing chartered accountant supporting average annual turnover for 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26., Statement to bidders as per Annexure-2 of General Terms & Conditions and supporting credential documents.
