Description
Supply of 3,900 liters of sulphur guard catalyst, 300 liters of 6 mm ceramic balls, and 400 liters of 19 mm ceramic balls to IOCL Digboi Refinery. Delivery is required within 120 days. EMD is not required. Performance security is required; the bid details state 5% ePBG for 37 months, while the buyer-added ATC specifies 10% of order value.
