Limited tender for supply of 4,634 metric tonnes of strong nitric acid to High Explosives Factory, Khadki, Pune. Delivery period is 360 days, with an option to increase or decrease quantities by up to 50%. Reverse auction and 60:40 quantity splitting between L1 and L2 apply. EMD is not required; performance security is 5% of order value for 14 months.
