Description
Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited invites bids for one NFSS UPS System-A and one set of spares for the NFSS System, including installation, commissioning and testing. - Documents required: Proof of OEM status for the offered UPS system, such as ISO certifications, Udyam certifications or catalogue extracts, Executed purchase order/work order for supply of at least one UPS rated 15 KVA or more within the last 7 years, GeM CRAC or tax invoice and proof of payment, or completion certificate/customer acceptance certificate for the submitted purchase order, Audited annual reports or turnover certificate from a practicing Chartered Accountant with membership number, seal, signature and UDIN for the financial years 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25, Net worth certificate and supporting audited balance sheets and profit and loss accounts, certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant with membership number, seal, signature and UDIN, Signed and stamped Integrity Pact, EMD payment receipt or acceptable exemption documents, PAN card, GSTIN, Cancelled cheque, Bank-certified EFT mandate, Make in India declaration stating local content percentage and locations of value addition, Tax compliance annexure, No deviation certificate, HSE annexure, Signed and stamped copy of the buyer-added ATC
