Indian Army procurement of 2,371 electrical items comprising MCCBs and several types of cables for delivery to Central Delhi within 21 days. EMD is Rs. 55,317 and ePBG is 5% for 14 months. Reverse auction is enabled for the lowest-priced 50% of technically qualified bidders.
