Description
Supply of 26 units across LED floodlights, road and street lights, MCCB and LED garden lights to Visakhapatnam. Delivery is required within 15 days. The bid requires 50% past performance, enables reverse auction and provides MSE purchase preference.

- Documents required: Experience Criteria documents, Past Performance documents, Bidder turnover documents, Certificate requested in ATC, OEM Authorization Certificate, OEM Annual Turnover documents, Additional Doc 1, PAN Card, GSTIN, Cancelled Cheque, EFT Mandate duly certified by Bank, ISO 9001 certification, BIS licence, type test certificate, approval certificates and other certificates prescribed in the product specification, OEM authorization on OEM letterhead quoting the current bid number for each item, OEM warranty certificates on OEM letterhead stating the warranty period for each quoted make, wherever applicable, MII certificate from OEMs, wherever applicable, indicating class and percentage of local content, GeM contract orders and corresponding CRACs covering the previous three years, Bidder annual turnover for the last three consecutive financial years, verified by a Chartered Accountant and including the CA's UDIN number, OEM annual turnover details for the last three consecutive financial years, Valid technical specifications and test certificates for each quoted item, GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B certificates for the last three months, Financial standing certificate and declaration that the firm is not under liquidation, court receivership, bankruptcy or similar proceedings and has not been suspended, delisted or blacklisted, Scope of supply stating Bid Number and Date, Make, Model Number and MRP for each item, Notarized declaration on Rs. 10 stamp paper that the firm has not been blacklisted for business by any government or PSU organization, notarized within 3 months of bid publication
