Description
NTPC Limited invites bids for the supply of 12 units of 8V, 180AH lead acid batteries and 20 units of 12V, 188AH lead acid batteries. Delivery is required within 90 days to Barauni Thermal Power Project, Begusarai, Bihar. The bid is evaluated schedule-wise, with MSE purchase preference applicable.

- Documents required: Certificate (Requested in ATC), Compliance of BoQ specification and supporting document, Copy of PAN Card, Copy of GSTIN, Copy of Cancelled Cheque, Copy of EFT Mandate duly certified by Bank, OEM certificate regarding percentage of local content and locations of local value addition, Declaration of Local Content, Confirmation of compliance with NTPC Specifications, terms and conditions, and withdrawal of deviations, Duly accepted, sealed, and signed NTPC technical specifications, Quality plan, and Drawing (if any), Duly signed Nil deviation Certificate, Documentary proof establishing bidder status as manufacturer of tendered item for availing SME benefits, if applicable, Proof of manufacturing, such as latest Annual Report, NSIC / SSI / BIS License, ISO Certificate, or other statutory document, Declaration of Local Content signed by manufacturer and proof of manufacturing for dealer/trader bidders, Confirmation of compliance with Conflict of Interest provisions
