Description
Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, Bhopal invites bids for supply of 71,000 meters of six types of instrumentation cable to the BHEL Sunni Dam HEP site in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. Delivery is required within 120 days from approval of drawings/documents. EMD and ePBG are not required. The bid uses two-packet, total-value-wise evaluation and includes a reverse auction for the lowest-priced technically qualified bidders.
