- Documents required: Certificate (Requested in ATC), Compliance of BoQ specification and supporting document, Supporting documents to prove eligibility for exemption from Experience / Turnover Criteria, Purchase Orders/Contracts along with corresponding invoices, delivery challans, or completion/satisfactory performance certificates, as applicable, For supplies made to private organizations: proof of payment/TDS certificate or other acceptable documentary evidence, wherever applicable, Copy of PAN Card, Copy of GSTIN, Copy of Cancelled Cheque, Copy of EFT Mandate duly certified by Bank, Duly sealed and signed acceptance of the technical specifications, All documents uploaded with the bid duly sealed and signed by the authorized representative
