Description
The Indian Navy invites bids for the supply of 900 units across four product lines: 300 kg hydrated lime, 300 liters iron oxide paint, 200 liters red oxide paint and 100 liters yellow ochre paint. Delivery is required within 60 days to North Goa. The bid requires 50% past performance, while MSE and startup relaxations for experience and turnover are available. EMD and ePBG are not required.

- Documents required: BoQ specification and supporting document from seller, Supporting documents to prove eligibility for exemption from experience or turnover criteria, if exemption is sought, Copies of relevant contracts and delivery acceptance certificates such as CRAC for experience criteria, Certified audited balance sheets or a Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant certificate for OEM turnover, Contracts proving past supply quantity in a financial year, PAN Card, GSTIN, Cancelled Cheque, EFT Mandate duly certified by Bank, Product data sheet, Undertaking that the bidder is not under liquidation, court receivership, bankruptcy or similar proceedings, Dedicated/toll-free service support telephone number and escalation matrix, OEM warranty certificate at delivery, Details of service centres near consignee destinations, Satisfactory performance certificates for qualifying past project orders
